Reuse-oriented hall deconstruction

We focus on preserving reusable structural systems and building components rather than treating an existing hall as anonymous demolition material.

Acquisition and project screening

We assess prefabricated steel halls, industrial buildings, warehouses, logistics halls, workshops and production buildings arising from site closures, corporate relocations, conversions and property redevelopment.

Technical inventory

Where documentation is available, relevant information such as geometry, frame spacing, profiles, roof and wall build-up, openings, structural loads and existing drawings is consolidated for reuse assessment and marketing.

Careful dismantling

Deconstruction is planned around recoverability of the main frame and reusable envelope components. The practical dismantling scope depends on building system, site constraints, condition, access and contractual allocation of responsibilities.

Relocation preparation

Reusable components can be prepared for transport and later adaptation at a new site. Any future re-erection requires project-specific engineering, approvals and verification of suitability at the destination.
